What is happening during the session?

Life coaching is a form of a personal development. It is specifically designed system of communication, questions, tools and exercises I use to help clients navigate through their thoughts, emotions and life’s challenges. Help them understand what is happening in their lifes, their priorities, hopes, dreams but also healthy boundries. As a life coach I support learning and evolution of my clients and help them achieve their personal or professional goals. We are oriented on here and now, on the possibilities and positive aspects, on the options and future, and on what is possible. Step by step clients find answers on questions which they had in their minds and could not answer in a long time. They learn new informations about themselves, and evolve to a better version of themselves.
I’m trained and certified as Life coach, Life coach and counselor.

Psychotherapy is a variety of treatments, methods, exercises but most importanly form of communication, active listening and precence I use to help clients express, identify and transform troubling and unwanted emotions, thoughts, behavior patterns, belief system, trigers and traumas. Psychotherapy with me can be as simple as friendly talk about clients daily routines or as complex as treating PTSD and suicidal tendencies. During psychotherapy we discuss clients past, present or future in supportive, non-judgmental and safe environment that allows clients to talk openly about any kind of issues, fears and problems they are facing. They are free to express any kind of emotions, beliefs and feelings that are on their mind and discuss sensitive and painful topics. No matter what is it my clients are facing an dealing with I am fully present and committed to support thir journey, help them find a way out and heal what no longer serve them.
I’m trained and certified in Somatic experiencing, Trauma therapy, Solution Focused psychotherapy, Solution based counseling, Psychology, Emotional intelligence.

Mentoring is process of helping and giving advice to a less experienced clients on certain topics in which I have more experience or expertise. During mentoring I share my own personal experiences, solutions and strategies I used and they helped me. I directly help client in his own life situation and struggles and share valuabel informations which may greately help him as well.

I personally use multiple methods, systems and tools depending on each client and his or hers individual needs. Sometimes we talk about clients hobbies, and what makes him/her really happy. Sometimes I use exercise with imagination and role play to help client think outside of the box and help him express his multipe faceted personality. Sometimes I mix together breathwork, somatic experiencing and physical movement. And sometines we need to adress deep rooted fears and troubles and just sit with it. I listen and hold space with love and understanding.


Every session is unique as each client is.
But the most important thing is to talk, to start, and to be brave.
